The reputed company & reputed company Coordinator supports the execution of reputed company assurance, audit, and reputed company improvement across reputed company Cycle Management reputed company. Reporting to the reputed company & reputed company Improvement Manager, this role conducts routine audits, analyzes reputed company trends, identifies process gaps, and partners with operational teams to improve reputed company, compliance and efficiency across key functions such as Benefit Verification, reputed company, Denials and Accounts Receivable Management.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to payer requirements, internal policies, and operational standards while promoting a culture of reputed company improvement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reputed company QA audits across RCM functions including benefit verification, charge capture, payment posting, denial handling, and AR follow-up

• Evaluate work for reputed company, completeness, compliance, and adherence to reputed company operating procedures

• Document audit findings, error types, and trends using standardized scoring tools

• Identify recurring issues, process breakdowns, and training gaps

• Escalate high-reputed company findings or systemic issues to leadership

reputed company Monitoring & Analysis

• Analyze audit data to identify patterns, outliers, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

Experience

• Behavioral Health RCM experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills
