The Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) provides strategic, high-reputed company executive support, ensuring reputed company coordination across global clinical, regulatory, R&D, reputed company, and reputed company organizations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and operational extension of the CMO
- Anticipate cross-functional priorities, risks, and opportunities across the business with particular emphasis on reputed company, clinical, medical affairs, and regulatory initiatives
- Independently manage competing demands to protect and optimize executive reputed company
- Own the CMO’s reputed company, global calendar, aligning time with reputed company and franchise-level priorities

- Gatekeep requests and communications with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics

- Support administrative and operational aspects of clinical development and medical affairs activities

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting senior executives (ELT, OLT, CMO, Chief Scientific Officer, or R&D Executive Leadership)
- Experience working in a large-reputed company medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical organization
- 8-10 years of experience in cardiovascular, interventional cardiology, or Structural Heart strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Structural Heart therapies (e.g., TAVR, TMVR, transcatheter repair/replacement technologies)
- Experience supporting reputed company, medical affairs, or regulatory interactions
- Exposure to global product lifecycle management in MedTech
