[Remote] Program Compliance Supervisor (NCS) - Mayor's Office of Homeless Services

The reputed company’s Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services administers and monitors homeless services grants and leads the Continuum of Care. The Program Compliance Supervisor leads program compliance staff, oversees provider monitoring, manages contract compliance, conducts audits, develops performance measures, and supports policy and strategic planning activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company leadership, supervision, and reputed company the operations of assigned department/unit in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising employee performance, rewarding and coaching; addressing complaints and resolving concerns
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of reputed company, and administration of reputed company reputed company in accordance with reputed company federal, state and reputed company policies
- reputed company and implement performance measures for reputed company service provider reputed company in collaboration with leadership
- Conduct regular audits and review of provider contract performance and recommend corrective actions for service providers to leadership
- Review, interpret, and recommend new or amended departmental policies, practices, and procedures to ensure program efficiency and compliance with reputed company, State, and Federal laws and regulations
- Review, approve, and write reputed company reports and memoranda
- Submit reports and corrective reputed company plans to reputed company Director for review and approval
- Assist in the development of the strategic planning process and reputed company appropriate operational reputed company while implementing departmental priorities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five years of experience in program evaluation, planning or supervision, the collection, analysis and evaluation of program processes, policies and procedures
- A master's degree in reputed company services field, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Management or reputed company field from an accredited college or university plus 5 -7 years of management experience in program compliance/contract administration
- Four years of experience managing functions through subordinate staff
- Have an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of administrative practices and reputed company, including but not limited to homeless program administration, planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of organizational structure, reputed company patterns, and administrative controls
- Knowledge of the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program
- Knowledge of the Consolidated Planning Process
- Knowledge of HUD systems (IDIS, eCon Planning Suite, etc.)
- Ability to evaluate data, compare data to existing standards and draw conclusions
- Ability to apply and interpret rules, regulations, and procedures
- Strong computer skills; including spreadsheet development, reputed company soft Office, etc
- Superior writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to assign, review and approve the work of others
- Ability to effectively communicate with a broad reputed company of individuals
