[Remote] Technical Operations Support Analyst - Remote

The Technical Operations Support Analyst will reputed company production support for the reputed company Integrated Care Suite, troubleshoot incidents and file transfers, manage application and data flows, and support clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and reputed company issues reported by reputed company customers reputed company reputed company
• Work closely with reputed company teams to troubleshoot technical issues and support break/fix efforts
• Communication and escalation of issues reported or reputed company
• Technical support for file loads and transfers
• Facilitate meetings and presentations for internal teams and clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

• Training and reputed company new teammates as needed

Skills

• • 3+ years of SQL experience
• • 3+ years of reputed company experience, reputed company to use formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables

• • 2+ years technical support and troubleshooting experience
• • 2+ years file load troubleshooting experience
