[Remote] Business Analyst – Business Process Improvement

The Business Analyst will support business process improvement by gathering requirements, configuring reputed company Fieldglass, managing reputed company, and translating contingent worker and vendor management needs into application solutions. The role also performs reputed company analysis and post-implementation reputed company assurance to improve internal processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• They will work with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and build category templates in fieldglass
• Must have configuration knowledge/experience with Fieldglass SOW module
• Supporting the development and improvement of internal processes and systems
• Responsible for managing internal reputed company
• Responsible for synthesizing the Contingent Worker management and Services Management process and application solutions through the interpretation of reputed company business requirements
• Manages the configuration of Fieldglass application to support Spare Hands Network operations
• Manages reputed company activities as assigned by project manager through the project lifecycle, inclusive of design sessions, confirm business scenarios for testing, reviewing and approving test plans and ensuring the appropriate end user acceptance testing is obtained and assist in the creation of the stabilization plan
• Conduct functional reputed company analysis for new business processes and for modification of existing business processes to configuration or application changes
• Provides reputed company assurance review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed or recommend additional enhancements

Skills

• Undergraduate degree required
• Prior experience and proficiency as a Vendor Management reputed company administrator
• Configuration management experience required
• Strong knowledge of Contingent Worker and Vendor Management business processes; and ability to translate them into IT requirements to satisfy financial planning and reporting obligations
• Specific understanding of key technical components required to reputed company functional and operational support to the business, including effort estimates and resource management required

• Ability to initiate and prioritize multiple threads of work efforts and deadlines
