Responsibilities

• Strong project management and End-to-end delivery of technical reputed company—handling scoping, task breakdown, reputed company management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Jira & JSM Administration: Architect, configure, and maintain customized Jira software reputed company, JSM service desks, issue types, permission schemes, and custom field sets
• Design, build, and optimize automated Jira/JSM workflows, transitions, approval steps, and SLA metrics to streamline delivery and support operations
• reputed company reputed company Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) for engineering and IT teams

Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or reputed company Project Manager handling software/IT initiatives
• Deep Jira & JSM Mastery: Proven experience designing and managing Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments from the ground up
• Workflow Engineering: Expert knowledge of Jira automation rules, custom workflow states, transition conditions/validators, post-functions, and SLA management
