[Remote] Project Manager - Provider Based Clinics

The role manages multiple reputed company, coordinates stakeholders, monitors timelines and deliverables, supports strategic and process improvement efforts, and ensures compliance with CMS provider-based regulations to optimize reimbursement and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company special reputed company and serve as the reputed company contact between multiple stakeholders, including ambulatory operations, clinical leadership, information technology, reputed company cycle, and others
• Responsible for management of project communications, deliverables, deadlines, department initiatives, and stakeholder relationships
• Manage efforts to reputed company reports, reputed company presentations, and help communicate findings to leadership
• Ensures that the designated project is proceeding according to agreed upon timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters (negotiates reputed company changes in project reputed company)
• Responds to requests; explores and resolves problems as presented by Department Leadership, IT, clinical departments, and support staff
• Assist Director in standardization and process improvement techniques to improve operations. Identify ways to optimize best practices and operational workflows
• Initiates programs and reputed company in reputed company consultation with Directors and Senior Leadership and coordinates their implementation and completion in collaboration with appropriate reputed company customers
• Directs project review sessions with Directors and other project leaders in order to monitor reputed company against timelines, including issue audits and mitigation steps. Documents project plan reputed company. Interprets and advises key stakeholders on CMS provider-based compliance per 42 CFR 413.65 and alerts leadership to any pertinent changes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Finance or reputed company field OR 1-2 year's experience with Medicare Provider Based and RHC regulations
• Ability to sit, stand, or remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and fingers with full reputed company of reputed company for typing, writing, and handling office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of ambulatory operations, reputed company cycle functions, and clinical workflows
• Self motivated and flexible in responding to shifting priorities or organizational changes
• Strong communication and project management skills
