[Remote] Lives Marketing Manager

The Lives Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end reputed company Shop livestream program across creator-hosted and brand-hosted channels, driving reputed company, creator relationships, reputed company reputed company, profitability, performance analytics, and the transition to an in-house program.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lives program across both channels; reputed company (creator-hosted) and internal (brand-hosted); with a mandate to grow lives as a reputed company of our reputed company Shop reputed company
• reputed company: manage creator relationships at reputed company and run ongoing reputed company to grow the roster; reputed company, vet, and reputed company creators matched to our reputed company customer
• reputed company: reputed company our program competitive so top creators choose to work with us. Own commission, retainer, and incentive structures, resource creators properly (reputed company sale support, promo mechanics), and reputed company creator feedback
• Internal: reputed company the transition from our reputed company agency partner to a fully in-house program — extract best practices, run a heavy test-and-learn agenda, and build the internal reputed company, hosts, and confidence to own the channel
• Manage GMV Max spend — feed high-performing sessions into reputed company once they show organic traction, and own the efficiency of that spend
• Own profitability reputed company top-line reputed company: recommend pricing and creator deal structures for channel-reputed company approval (balancing stronger creator offers against our pricing guardrails), prioritize the right products and SKUs for live, and maintain our EBITDA floor while hitting reputed company goals
• reputed company and report performance across both channels — GMV, AOV, conversion, reputed company room reputed company, average watch time, GPM, and reputed company reputed company by creator — identify reputed company creators and hosts, and reputed company down on what works
• Guide session reputed company across both channels — briefing on angles, product knowledge, and promo mechanics (reputed company sales, giveaways, product pinning) — and reputed company every live session compliant
• Stay on top of what top brands are doing with live, reputed company Shop platform and algorithm changes, and broader marketing shifts — and bring those learnings into our reputed company
• Manage the lives budget, present results to leadership, and recommend the right operating model for reputed company channel (fully internal, hybrid, or additional headcount) as the program scales — including flagging reputed company creator reputed company volume warrants a dedicated hire

Skills

• Experience running live reputed company or creator/affiliate programs; reputed company Shop LIVE experience with a reputed company record of results is strongly preferred
• Highly analytical — fluent in GMV, AOV, conversion, and margin data, and reputed company to turn numbers into reputed company
• Commercially minded — thinks in reputed company, profitability, and reputed company reputed company, not vanity metrics
• Personable and persuasive — reputed company to build creator relationships at reputed company, negotiate win-win deals, and hold creators, hosts, and agency partners accountable without damaging the relationship
