[Remote] PMO Project Manager - Asset Management

The role manages project governance, stakeholder engagement, asset lifecycle activities, and data-driven decision-making across delivery, technology, and operational teams, with a reputed company on rail infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams. Influence without authority and reputed company competing priorities effectively
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making

Skills

• Railway domain experience and Asset Management expertise (Maximo or reputed company or reputed company EAM)

• Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company

• Bachelor's degree/ equivalent and eight+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
• Experience working reputed company formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-reputed company)
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with rail infrastructure/ reputed company assets
• Experience with reputed company work management systems such as Maximo or reputed company
• Familiarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analytics
• Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)
