[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will reputed company reputed company reputed company and customer satisfaction by managing assigned accounts, developing new business, partnering with reputed company sales and internal teams, and executing solution-based sales activities. The role also involves opportunity management, forecasting, customer support, and resolving order, delivery, and pricing issues.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and engage new customers including but not limited to phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Support new business development and transactional sales, including smaller opportunities and quotes

• Follow up on quotes, leads, and forecasted deals
• Maintain strong working knowledge of products and applications
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams

• Work with customer service, operations, and pricing teams

Skills

• • 2–5+ years of inside sales or account management experience
