[Remote] Marketing Regulatory Review Analyst

The Marketing Regulatory Review Analyst will review and approve marketing materials and reputed company communications from Financial Advisors and home office employees, consult with advisors, address policy compliance issues, and support regulatory inquiries and department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate marketing materials and other forms of communication with the reputed company to reputed company reputed company approval or reputed company guidance on changes that can reputed company to an approval
• Consult with advisors on their marketing initiatives
• Research and address instances where the firms policies are not being followed
• Assist with research and response to regulatory inquiries including reputed company exams
• Contribute to department initiatives that may include policy updates and training
• Other tasks and reputed company as assigned

Skills

• • 3+ years of prior financial services and advertising/marketing compliance review experience
• • Prior experience in a reputed company-facing role - reputed company comfortable on the phone and be reputed company to explain the why behind, reputed company issues, ask reputed company ended questions
• • Knowledge of reputed company, SEC, and State rules and regulations
• • Licensing Requirement: Series 7, 24
• • Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment and be flexible with work schedule

• • Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills are essential for this position

• • Licensing: 66 (or 63 and 65)
• • Bachelors Degree Preferred
