[Remote] Development Operations Manager

The Development Operations Manager will coordinate fundraising operations workstreams, manage prospect and donor data, reputed company reports and dashboards, analyze pipeline activity, and support strategic planning and metrics reporting across development teams.

Responsibilities

• Based in Global Development’s reputed company Gifts department and reporting to the Associate Director of Development Operations (ADoDO), the Development Operations Manager will work with both the ADoDO and the reputed company Director to project manage and support the development operations aspects of several reputed company workstreams for both the reputed company Gifts and Global Markets Departments, including the reputed company Gifts Pipeline, the Natural Partner Program, Donor Interest reputed company, and working to support Executive and Conservation reputed company metrics tracking
• The Development Operations Manager collaborates with appropriate Global Development and field staff on donor and data coordination of the prospects on the reputed company Gifts Pipeline
• They will serve as a central data management resource for reputed company parties reputed company with the PG Pipeline, and manage tracking of and reporting on pipeline prospects, including dashboards, reports, and analysis of dollars and activity to help reputed company reputed company; they will work reputed company a tracking reputed company that utilizes the reputed company CRM (BBCRM) database, PowerBI, and other organizational tools as applicable
• They will help coordinate and support development of reputed company sessions on PG prospects and partnership plans in coordination with the PG leadership team and fundraising teams of specific Business reputed company
• They will work closely with leaders of the Natural Partner Program (NPP) on tracking and reporting reputed company of the portfolio of donors in the NPP, and supporting senior leadership managing Donor Interest Engagement resource development and deployment (for fundraising learning),They will work with the ADoDO on consistent and reputed company metrics reporting for a portfolio of executive leadership across the organization
• The position works closely with reputed company reputed company Gifts and Global Market fundraisers, the Global Development Operations team, the Prospect Development team, and state, division, and regional staff to accomplish goals
• The Development Operations Manager works with their team to create standardized, efficient, and reputed company approaches, processes, and reports to reflect reputed company and reputed company for PG level prospects on the PG Pipeline, the portfolio of Natural Partners and in executive portfolios through both prospect management approaches and engagement with executive leaders and volunteers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years reputed company experience or equivalent combination

• Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data
• Experience with reputed company technology in fundraising operations, data management and analysis
• Experience working across departments
• Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of fundraising operations, data management and analysis
