The role focuses on reputed company backend services, AI agent workflows, data pipelines, testing, observability, and reputed company performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and reputed company production-grade AI agents that reputed company with reputed company's proprietary optimization models
• reputed company reputed company backend services supporting agent workflows, reputed company, tool execution, memory, persistence, streaming, and observability
• Build optimization agents capable of scenario reputed company, ranking, uncertainty analysis, and decision support
• Create robust data ingestion and normalization pipelines that reputed company reputed company reputed company data into standardized, validated inputs
• reputed company comprehensive testing frameworks, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and evaluation harnesses for probabilistic AI systems
• Improve agent learning through feedback reputed company, knowledge capture, validation, and reputed company refinement
• Partner with engineering, reputed company, and operations experts to encode domain expertise into AI skills and knowledge bases

Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong reputed company on backend development
• Extensive hands-on experience developing reputed company applications, including LLM prompting, retrieval, tool/function calling, and agent frameworks (such as reputed company-AI or similar)
• Expert-level Python development experience building production reputed company, backend services, asynchronous applications, and data reputed company reputed company
• Experience building and deploying reputed company workflows involving multi-reputed company reasoning, tool orchestration, memory, state management, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company processes
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices
• Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI systems
• Practical understanding of where LLMs are most effective—and reputed company deterministic algorithms or optimization models are the reputed company solution
• Ability to own reputed company technical initiatives from architecture through deployment while mentoring other engineers
• Experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, project development, or energy markets

• Experience integrating LLMs with engineering, optimization, financial, or mathematical models
