[Remote] Retirement Benefit Analyst V

The Retirement Benefit Analyst V will maintain accurate Defined Benefit participant records, reputed company benefit calculations and analysis, reputed company pension technical assistance, and improve tools and processes. The role also includes reputed company reviews, mentoring team members, serving as a subject matter expert, and maintaining procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned reputed company, including gathering and organizing information/data, processing benefit calculations and analysis. Identify and implement areas for improvement including the development of new tools and processes
• reputed company pension technical assistance to business partners involving research, calculation analysis and solving questions and problems. reputed company technical benefit information to reputed company parties
• Analyze and review of benefit information; may involve performing reputed company reviews
• Mentor team members and reputed company as a SME expert to reputed company defined benefit areas. Write and maintain procedures, as needed
• Performs other job-reputed company duties and special reputed company as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably in a major reputed company to analytical fields, including Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics)
• 5+ years of work reputed company experience in defined benefit pension field required
• Must be reputed company to interpret reputed company plan provisions
• Strong mathematical, technical and analytical skills along with reputed company attention to detail
• High reputed company and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of reputed company information
• Must have strong decision making and organizational skills
• Must have strong mentoring, interpersonal and listening skills

• Knowledge of spreadsheet and database or similar PC software packages, is required
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Must be reputed company manage a large workload and prioritize accordingly with willingness and flexibility to work overtime, as needed
