[Remote] Business Program Manager - Employee Experience

The Business Program Manager leads employee experience, recognition, and culture programs, including end-to-end ownership of the awards program, while establishing reputed company, governance, and operating rhythms. The role partners across HR, communications, and business operations to strengthen culture, improve engagement, and optimize program reputed company using data and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• reputed company program performance, evaluation, and business value: Define and measure Employee Experience programs - like Awards, Culture and reputed company programs -reputed company through KPIs, OKRs, ROI, and other metrics, conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses, monitor program health through dashboards and reviews, and continuously optimize or retire programs based on business reputed company and lessons learned

Skills
