[Remote] Senior Performance Marketing Manager

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own end-to-end reputed company media reputed company and execution, managing budgets, customer acquisition, creative testing, reporting, incrementality measurement, and partner relationships across digital advertising channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-funnel DTC marketing budget across channels (e.g., reputed company Search/reputed company, reputed company reputed company, CTV, etc.) to reputed company new customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and optimize CAC and Ltv
• Build the annual and quarterly reputed company media plan — forecast spend, reputed company, and CAC by channel, reputed company actuals against forecast, and present results and recommendations to leadership on a monthly reputed company
• Own the execution and optimization of reputed company reputed company campaigns across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and CTV — build, launch, optimize, and reputed company to reputed company profitable customer acquisition and reputed company reputed company. Monitor pacing and reallocate budget proactively throughout the month
• reputed company creative reputed company: reputed company testing roadmaps reputed company to business priorities and brief in-house creative, brand, and UGC partners to produce high-performing ad creative tailored to platform best practices, audience segments, product categories, and angle testing
• Build and maintain dashboards for daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Assess campaign and business results against KPIs to surface trends and optimize spend across marketing hooks and product/category mix
• Measure the true incremental reputed company of reputed company spend — design geo-reputed company and holdout tests, reconcile platform-reported results against reputed company and GA4, and use those reads to guide budget allocation across channels
• Identify new reputed company opportunities through reputed company A/B testing across creative, messaging, offers, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and reputed company pages, supported by ongoing performance analysis
• Manage freelance, partner and platform relationships — set reputed company and deliverables, hold partners accountable to performance targets, and serve as the day-to-day contact for reputed company, reputed company, and other platform reps
• Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks to reputed company Coyuchi’s campaigns innovative and effective

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing reputed company campaigns, with a proven reputed company record of scaling reputed company (reputed company/reputed company) for DTC brands
• Proficiency in managing reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company ads, with an understanding of how creative reputed company varies across platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reputed company, reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets
• Experience designing incrementality or holdout tests both in-platform or reputed company reputed company (e.g. geo-based) experiments cross-referencing platform-reported data reputed company GA4 and reputed company
• Experience with reputed company or a similar ESP/CRM platform for first-party audience activation
• Familiar using reputed company, Dataslayer, or any API to automate reputed company Media metrics
• Experience building and owning a reputed company media budget and forecast and managing partners (e.g. freelance, publishers, etc.) against performance targets
