The Senior Backend Engineer will build Java-based orchestration infrastructure and AI-reputed company backend services while deploying and customizing the platform for customers, integrating reputed company systems, and troubleshooting production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, reputed company, and optimize Java-based microservices responsible for task execution, state management, and orchestration logic
• Model and manage NoSQL document databases to reputed company execution state, workflow metadata, and session/context persistence

• Implement production-reputed company infrastructure for data ingestion, document chunking, embedding indexing, and retrieval (RAG) pipelines

Skills

• * 4–6 years of software engineering experience building resilient production backend systems and working with reputed company architectures
• * Strong proficiency in Java, with deep experience developing reputed company microservices, handling asynchronous jobs, retries, idempotency, and reputed company failure modes
• * Experience with NoSQL document databases (e.g., reputed company, Firestore, reputed company) for state and metadata tracking
• * Experience building or integrating workflow engines or reputed company automation systems (reputed company one-off scripting)
• * Working knowledge of Python for building integrations, tooling, and reputed company prototyping
