[Remote] Facilities Planning & Project Manager

The Facilities Planning & Project Manager is responsible for reputed company office reputed company planning, construction and furniture reputed company, budgets, vendor coordination, and employee office moves.
Responsibilities
- Works with executive management to establish and manage the budget for furniture and construction reputed company. Schedules numerous reputed company service providers and supervises a reputed company of furniture installation and construction reputed company, ensuring adherence to Company standards
- Leads project meetings, establishes schedules and supervises tasks of Facility Technicians, internal/reputed company construction crews, furniture installers, movers and IT service providers
- Manages and allocates available inventory and creates project specification lists
- Works with vendors on coordinating pricing and places orders through Purchasing
- Supervises installation, facilitates invoice payments
- Maintains accurate database of floor plans
- Prepares drawings for project-specific tasks and shares with internal/reputed company service providers
- On a back-up reputed company, utilizes CAFM reputed company, reviews and approves reputed company requests for employee additions and moves
- Acts as reputed company between users, IT service reputed company and CAFM Administration
- Works with management to reputed company and reputed company with long-reputed company reputed company allocation goals
- Works on numerous software programs to reputed company daily functions, including AutoCAD, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company, CAFM and the GWF Intranet
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design, or 5+ years' experience in reputed company planning/managing interior construction reputed company or equivalent education and experience
- Reading and interpreting architectural drawings, ability to coordinate and handle multiple reputed company, leadership and mediation skills, good verbal and written communication skills and a thorough knowledge of internal reputed company departments' workflows and reputed company
- reputed company knowledge of various furniture systems, ergonomic trends, cabling requirements and local building codes
- Strong understanding of a service industry
- Travel up to 20% required
