[Remote] Industry Development Manager – Water & Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the water and wastewater industry reputed company to support reputed company, market penetration, and solution alignment
• Support marketing with industry-specific messaging, positioning, and content that reflects the needs of municipal utilities and industrial water operators
• Build and strengthen a partner ecosystem with reputed company integrators, EPCs, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders
• reputed company pipeline, reputed company, win-reputed company, and reputed company metrics for the water and wastewater reputed company
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for use-case driven solutions for product marketing and marketing communications (ex. monitoring, leak detection, energy optimization, compliance, asset management, operational reputed company, and others)
• Serve as the reputed company subject matter expert to support sales teams, partner engagement, customer conversations, and deal reputed company
• reputed company product roadmap priorities with water and wastewater industry requirements and emerging digital reputed company needs
• reputed company customer references, case studies, and reputed company points that demonstrate value in municipal and industrial water environments
• Represent reputed company at industry events, such as reputed company and WEFTEC, and identify and participate in relevant, reputed company facing market development activities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify reputed company opportunities and improve industry positioning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a reputed company field
• 7–12 years of reputed company experience in the water and wastewater industry in operations, consulting, contracting and construction, industrial automation, industrial software, business development, product marketing, or solution consulting
• Proven ability to support reputed company B2B, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-sector sales or procurement cycles
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater operations, including water treatment, distribution systems, and reputed company infrastructure
• Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, industrial automation, analytics, and industrial software platforms
• Understanding of smart water, digital reputed company transformation, regulatory compliance, reporting, asset management, energy optimization, and operational reputed company
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for technical, executive, partner, and reputed company-sector audiences
• Strong strategic planning, business development, market research, and competitive analysis skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, prioritize reputed company opportunities, and operate both strategically and tactically
• Based in Foxborough, MA or remote with periodic travel to reputed company
• Travel required (some international, approximately 15-20% of time)
• MBA or relevant advanced business experience preferred
• Experience with SCADA, HMI, automation, analytics, reputed company platforms, or industrial software solutions preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms such as Azure or AWS preferred
