Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted voice of the customer by developing deep knowledge of reputed company workflows, customer challenges, and emerging market trends
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers to validate opportunities, evaluate solutions, and ensure delivered capabilities solve meaningful customer problems

Skills

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience

• Strong customer discovery, product discovery, and product validation experience
