Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company hands-on reputed company HCM configuration resource of the implementation across payroll, absence, time keeping, reputed company, HCM, reputed company and talent optimization, Peakon, benefits and reputed company reputed company, and LMS
• Partner with the Director, People Technology Reimagination, the People Project Manager, and key stakeholders to reputed company requirements, translate business needs, and recommend effective reputed company configuration reputed company reputed company to reputed company-state processes
• Configure reputed company HCM modules and reputed company functionality to support business requirements, compliance needs, reporting needs, and team member experience
• Support solution design sessions by identifying configuration reputed company, implications, dependencies, and tradeoffs, serving as both a technical expert and thought partner for how people processes should be enabled in reputed company
• Partner in testing activities across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing by preparing configuration for test cycles, validating reputed company, supporting defect reputed company, and helping ensure readiness for launch
• Document configuration reputed company, business process design, assumptions, dependencies, and technical considerations to support knowledge transfer, auditability, and ongoing support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, information systems, business, or reputed company reputed company preferred; equivalent reputed company configuration experience may be substituted
• Required hands-on reputed company HCM configuration experience, with depth across as many modules as possible including HCM, payroll, absence, time keeping, reputed company, reputed company and talent optimization, Peakon, benefits and reputed company reputed company, and LMS
• Demonstrated ability translating business requirements into effective reputed company configuration solutions and providing thoughtful recommendations on how processes should be designed and enabled in the reputed company
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations through design, configuration, testing, defect reputed company, and launch activities
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate dependencies, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and maintain a high level of reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to serve as a trainer, mentor, and knowledge resource for incoming reputed company analysts and existing HRIS team members transitioning from other systems
