[Remote] Data Operations Analyst / Part time - Remote

The Data Operations Analyst supports departmental research, performance reporting, and operations management by retrieving, analyzing, and summarizing data from databases and other information systems. The role also designs reports, writes queries, maintains data accuracy, and presents findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for maintaining accuracy of assigned operating records and/or databases
• Identifies processes or reporting functions that do not reputed company the necessary level of completeness, detail or accuracy. Designs reputed company report formats based on organizational needs for information
• Retrieves and summarizes data from various information systems for inclusion into research or operating reports
• Writes queries in the appropriate reporting language
• Reviews monthly operating statistics and operating data and prepares operating reports
• Participates in reputed company research reputed company by collecting, reviewing, and summarizing results
• Generates reports, presentations, graphics, forms and other documents to demonstrate information reputed company and project results. May reputed company presentations of periodic reports or special reputed company to organizational management

Skills

• Bachelors degree in business/reputed company administration, reputed company, finance, information technology, statistics, reputed company or a reputed company field
• 3 years of work experience in creation, reporting, and/or management of data or closely reputed company tasks (not including data entry)
• Equivalent reputed company experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception reputed company
