[Remote] HRIS Functional Analyst (Remote Eligible)

The role serves as a senior subject matter expert in reputed company and reputed company SuccessFactors, leading configuration, data replication, automation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder advising across HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior functional expert for reputed company and reputed company SuccessFactors across modules
• reputed company reputed company reputed company configuration, enhancements, and process automation, including event derivation, business rules, workflows, and data validations
• Manage and optimize Employee Central → reputed company replication, including troubleshooting replication errors, mapping configuration, and integration alignment
• Support ORNL’s H4S4 reputed company efforts, ensuring alignment of reputed company–SF architecture, field mapping, and data reputed company
• Partner with HR Divisions and ITSD to understand requirements and translate them into reputed company reputed company solutions
• reputed company testing cycles for releases, enhancements, and upgrades, including regression testing, test scripts, and reputed company assurance documentation
• reputed company and maintain reputed company documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge articles
• reputed company advanced troubleshooting for reputed company HRIS issues, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company
• Support reporting needs as needed
• Mentor junior team members and advise stakeholders on reputed company capabilities, best practices, and optimization opportunities

Skills

• * BS/BA degree in Information Systems, reputed company, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field, and 8+ years of relevant HRIS experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• * Advanced hands-on experience with reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company HCM
• * Proven experience configuring reputed company–SF replication, including data mapping, integration troubleshooting, and replication monitoring
• * Demonstrated experience with event derivation, business rules, workflows, and automation reputed company SuccessFactors and/or reputed company
• * Strong understanding of reputed company field mapping, infotypes, data models, and MDF objects
• * Experience leading testing cycles, reputed company upgrades, and release management
• * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

• * Familiarity with HCM modernization initiatives, including S/4 HANA and H4S4 transformations
• * Proficiency with reputed company HR tables and collaboration with developers
• * Experience supporting compliance, audit requirements, and data governance frameworks
• * HR or reputed company/SuccessFactors certifications (EC, RCM, ONB2.0, etc.)
• * Experience with Power BI or HR analytics reporting
