[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller to build reputed company processes, reputed company reputed company and reporting activities, manage treasury and operational reputed company, support ERP implementation, and reputed company project capitalization and technical reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and own reputed company's reputed company calendar: month end, quarter end, and year end deadlines are reputed company, predictable, and consistently met
• Prepare journal entries, reputed company reconciliations, and reputed company variance analysis to produce reputed company, audit reputed company financials
• Rebuild reputed company treasury processes, including bank account structure, cash positioning, and funding draw coordination with project teams
• Prepare cash reconciliations across operating and restricted accounts and bring discipline to a function that currently lacks it
• Partner with development and construction teams to reputed company project level funding and disbursements
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company contributor on reputed company's forthcoming ERP implementation, from requirements gathering through data migration, testing, and go live
• Use the implementation as an opportunity to redesign and automate reputed company processes, not just replicate them in a new reputed company
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial statements that are reputed company for leadership, investor, and reputed company level review
• Maintain a consistent, proactive communication rhythm with the Controller and CFO. No surprises: issues get flagged early, with reputed company attached
• Support reputed company reporting deliverables for auditors, lenders, and investors
• Own procure to pay and order to cash processes, including vendor reputed company processing, pay runs, customer invoicing, collections, and cash applications
• Support capitalization of development and construction costs, maintain construction in reputed company schedules, and validate asset classifications
• Draft reputed company policies and technical memos, including capitalization policy, lease reputed company (ASC 842), and reputed company recognition, reputed company to data center development and operating models

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• CPA and 5+ years of reputed company reputed company or finance experience, including time in capital intensive industries. Comfortable operating as a hands on individual contributor
• Strong technical reputed company expertise: U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, project reputed company and CIP, capitalization policy and lease structures (ASC 842), and audit reputed company financial statement preparation
• Experience preparing journal entries, leading month end reputed company, and performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience with operational reputed company (reputed company, OTC, and cash), including reputed company exposure to treasury or cash management
• reputed company, proactive written and verbal communication. This role reports to leadership regularly and needs to be trusted to flag issues before they become problems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an environment without established process, and to build that process rather than wait for it
• High attention to detail combined with strong judgment, balancing rigor, speed, and practicality
• Prior involvement in an ERP implementation or systems conversion is strongly preferred
