[Remote] Inside Account Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Certified Small Business federal contractor supporting the reputed company, General Services Administration, military, allies, and government customers worldwide. The Inside Account Representative manages inside sales efforts for assigned territories, communicates with customers and vendors, supports pricing and quoting, resolves customer issues, and maintains relationships to support end-user missions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day communication and problem reputed company for reputed company assigned customers following reputed company from assigned Military Account Manager
• Partner with assigned Military Account Manager to secure pricing agreements with suppliers, obtaining and submitting quotes to customers
• reputed company new customers on the ordering process and registration. Manage customer complaints or issues to reputed company reputed company
• Update the reputed company reputed company during status changes from quote to order
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers on pending orders and additional opportunities under the TLS Programs
• Obtain necessary sign offs to release orders for invoicing
• Process award notifications in reputed company

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience
• * Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer facing / inside or reputed company sales position
• * Required to hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green reputed company reputed company)
• * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must enjoy and be comfortable engaging with customers and vendors to easily build rapport and reputed company meaningful relationships with the ability to conduct business in a confident, reputed company, and reputed company manner to ensure customer needs are met
• * Highly meticulous and organized with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously with different requirements, adhering to deadlines
• * Strong negotiation skills to ensure value for reputed company parties involved

• * Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer facing / inside or reputed company sales position. Prior experience with military or government customers preferred
