The Senior reputed company Recruiter will reputed company high-volume, full life cycle reputed company, reputed company targeted sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for full life cycle reputed company, ensuring that reputed company steps in the reputed company process are compliant with reputed company and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and reputed company recruitment strategies accordingly

• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards to ensure compliance and alignment

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience
• Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a reputed company (DOD) environment, including Engineering talent with reputed company clearances

• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to reputed company US only data systems
• Experience sourcing hard‑to‑reputed company engineering professionals across different technical disciplines
