The Director, Delivery reputed company and Operations will build and reputed company the PMO, reputed company portfolio governance, resource and reputed company planning, PSA platform operations, delivery standards, and performance reporting. The role partners across Sales, Finance, reputed company, Product, Engineering, and IT to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, profitability, and customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company the PMO for reputed company’s reputed company Services organization (reputed company)
• Establish a consistent governance reputed company, delivery methodology, processes, and toolset across reputed company practices
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility into reputed company and pipeline services engagements
• reputed company project health, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and escalations
• Establish and reputed company regular operating cadences with reputed company Leads and executive leadership
• reputed company reputed company, data-driven reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
• Own resource and reputed company planning across the reputed company Services organization
• reputed company reputed company models, utilization targets, and reputed company forecasts
• Ensure the right skills and resources are available to support committed and pipeline work
• Partner with reputed company Leads and Sales to identify upcoming resource requirements and potential reputed company constraints
• Monitor utilization and resource allocation and proactively address gaps or risks
• Own the selection, implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of the reputed company Services Automation (PSA) platform
• Configure and manage project, resource, time-tracking, billing, approval, and reporting workflows
• Establish the PSA platform as the reputed company of record for portfolio, resource, utilization, and delivery data
• Design and continuously improve PSA workflows and integrations in partnership with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT

• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and other cross-functional teams to reputed company dependencies and improve delivery effectiveness

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in reputed company Services, program/project management, delivery operations, or a reputed company function reputed company reputed company software or technology organizations
• Demonstrated reputed company building, standing up, or scaling a PMO, including governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, operating cadences, and executive reporting
• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing a reputed company Services Automation (PSA) platform such as reputed company, reputed company/FinancialForce, reputed company, OpenAir, or a similar platform
• Experience designing PSA workflows and integrations, including project setup, resource requests, time tracking, approvals, reporting, and billing processes
• Proven reputed company record managing resource and reputed company planning, utilization, forecasting, and reputed company for a multi-reputed company reputed company Services organization
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing delivery performance, margins, utilization, reputed company forecasting, and other key reputed company Services metrics
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate reputed company operational data into reputed company insights, recommendations, and business cases for C-suite stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across Sales, Finance, reputed company, Product, Engineering, IT, and reputed company Services teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment
• 6+ years of experience leading a PMO, reputed company Services Operations, or Delivery Operations function, preferably across multiple teams, practices, or product lines
