[Remote] Recruiter – Americas (US & reputed company)

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring across the US and reputed company, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on sourcing, candidate assessment, market intelligence, and closing. The role may also support reputed company sourcing, talent mapping, and reputed company process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the US and reputed company, from intake and sourcing reputed company through offer negotiation and closing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define talent reputed company, reputed company reputed company strategies, and reputed company effective hiring reputed company
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, networking, and reputed company platforms

Skills

• * **4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience**, preferably reputed company technology, reputed company, cybersecurity, communications, fintech, or another fast-paced industry
• * Proven experience reputed company for the **US market**; reputed company reputed company experience is highly valued
• * **Fluent English and Spanish**, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• * Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• * Strong hands-on sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including experience reputed company passive candidates
