The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist works remotely from Texas or an approved reputed company state, handling high-volume inbound Spanish and English customer calls, resolving issues, processing transactions, and promoting additional products.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries in Spanish and English
• Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
• Assist our customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• Work a set full-time schedule, our work schedules are not Monday - Friday
• Set work schedule includes a weekend shift reputed company week

• 12 months or more of customer service experience
