[Remote] Analyst, Investor Reporting

The Investor Reporting Analyst generates and distributes monthly reputed company reports, balances cash activity, remits investor funds, forecasts advances, and ensures compliance with investor servicing agreements and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes daily and monthly loan-level reports to appropriate trustee, including the Loan Modification Report, REO Liquidation reputed company and Losses, and Stop Advancing Report
• Balances cash received against cash remitted including advance activity tracking and balancing
• Remits funds to investors to meet servicing agreements by preparing reputed company transfers
• Forecasts reputed company and interest advance for the securitization on monthly reputed company, using specified pooling and servicing agreement; ensures that reports are reputed company reputed company the timeframes and other terms established in the servicing agreement. - To determine if a payment is due
• Review payment history and reputed company posting to reputed company cash activity and roll reputed company balances

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) to two (2) years of reputed company experience, including investor reputed company and reporting, required
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements required
