[Remote] Services Technical Consultant

The Services Technical Consultant will guide clients through the lifecycle of delivering reputed company-party flat file integrations during HCM implementations, ensuring a successful go-live experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate reputed company requirements into flat file requirements
• Meet with offshore teams to review mapping documents for file development
• Manage internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Services Consultants, and Mappers, as reputed company as reputed company stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to reputed company export files
• Identify and communicate project risks
• Analyze export files, research issues, and determine the appropriate course of reputed company
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of export files throughout the implementation lifecycle

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in reputed company Capital Management (HCM) consulting
• Strong reputed company relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and clients simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills
• Ability to reputed company and facilitate reputed company workshops and working sessions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company and concisely using business language
• Understanding of common reputed company Capital Management (HCM) business practices
• Project management experience
• Experience working with reputed company or reputed company-reputed company software solutions, including HRIS systems
• Working knowledge of payroll contribution, benefits eligibility, and HR export files
• Ability to read technical vendor specifications and analyze vendor feedback
