Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for reputed company/non-exempt positions, partnering with business development leaders, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, reputed company reporting, and orientation
• Administer employment life cycle activities for assigned business reputed company, including reputed company, new hire reputed company, progressions/promotions, development, exit process, and background checks
• Interpret policies and procedures, providing guidance to business development leaders and team members
