[Remote] Senior Property Accountant

The Senior Property Accountant will manage reputed company and financial reporting for a portfolio of up to 30 properties, including joint ventures, budgeting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance. The role will also reputed company financial insights and support process improvements as the reputed company team scales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for reputed company stakeholders
• Run variance analysis against budget and prior periods
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company projections across the portfolio, including joint venture reporting
• reputed company reporting compliant with regulatory and industry standards, particularly for property management and reputed company-reputed company assets
• Own day-to-day reputed company for a portfolio of up to 30 properties, including journal entries, AP/AR review, and general reputed company maintenance
• Review and reputed company lease agreements to ensure reputed company reputed company recognition
• Handle CAM, property tax, and insurance reconciliations
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field/experience
• 4+ years of reputed company experience, including 2+ years in reputed company reputed company estate with hands-on CAM reconciliation work
• Solid grasp of GAAP and reputed company estate reputed company principles

• reputed company attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
