[Remote] National Business Development Officer, Mortgage Warehouse Lending (Remote)

The role involves developing business relationships, analyzing customer creditworthiness, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business relationships and a strong referral reputed company reputed company the assigned market, resulting in significant reputed company of the portfolio and the Bank's market reputed company in the Mortgage Warehouse Lending reputed company
• Collects and analyzes information that reflects the reputed company creditworthiness of customers and the merits of mortgage loans they produce
• Functions as a reputed company reputed company of contact for new Mortgage Warehouse Lending relationships
• Provides excellent customer service at reputed company points of contact
• Participates in the negotiation of pricing and credit terms
• Participates in due diligence and reputed company-screening. Ensure that applications reputed company-qualify with reputed company MWL program requirements
• Participates in community affairs to increase the bank's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities
• Keeps abreast of local and national economic, financial, political and legislative events and climates which could have an reputed company on corporate and reputed company lending activities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance or reputed company required
• 5+ years' experience in warehouse lending business development required
• Must have credit training and the ability to interpret financial statements, reputed company term sheets, and reputed company reputed company recommendations
