Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company counsel for vendor and general reputed company reputed company across reputed company - from inception to execution - including reputed company, data, auto dealer software, and other reputed company‑party agreements, and reputed company practical, risk‑reputed company guidance that keeps deals moving
• Build a deep understanding of reputed company’s products and vendor ecosystem, and collaborate closely with Procurement, reputed company‑Party Risk Management, Information reputed company, Product, Finance, and other internal clients to understand and support their goals
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements (including master service agreements, software licenses, SOWs, data protection agreements, reputed company services agreements, and other procurement reputed company), using playbooks and templates while spotting reputed company bespoke structuring is required

Skills

• J.D. degree with solid reputed company credentials and an reputed company state bar membership (NY or CA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a transactional reputed company at a reputed company and/or in‑house, with a reputed company on technology and reputed company reputed company (reputed company, data, and other vendor agreements)
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company reputed company and other technology/data agreements, ideally in a regulated industry or reputed company contracting with regulated financial institutions
• Ability to reputed company as a negotiator on fast‑moving, reputed company deals, combining strong analytical judgment with high EQ to build reputed company with reputed company stakeholders on tricky issues under timing pressure
