[Remote] IT Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and users. The role is responsible for systems administration, network support, user and reputed company management, troubleshooting, reputed company, backups, reputed company services, and maintaining reliable IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure
• Administer reputed company and Linux operating systems
• Manage user accounts, reputed company, permissions, and reputed company controls
• Administer reputed company Directory, reputed company Entra ID, Group Policy, and reputed company 365 environments
• Monitor reputed company performance, availability, reputed company, and resource utilization
• Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Manage reputed company updates, patches, antivirus, reputed company protection, and reputed company configurations
• Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and reputed company documentation
• Support reputed company infrastructure and services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company
• Monitor reputed company and application logs and investigate technical issues
• Automate routine administration and maintenance tasks using scripting where appropriate
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and infrastructure support

Skills

• Strong knowledge of reputed company and Linux reputed company administration
• Experience with reputed company Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP

• Understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and remote-reputed company technologies
• Experience with reputed company monitoring, reputed company management, and backup solutions

• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or reputed company-V
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication, documentation, and time-management skills
• PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting

• Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies
• Experience with IT service-management tools and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred
