[Remote] Instructional Design & Trainer, Associate

The Instructional Design & Trainer, Associate develops and maintains end-user learning content, job aids, documentation, and eLearning materials. The role also supports training environments, logistics, classroom delivery, reputed company, go-live support, and coordination with instructional design teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn assigned reputed company application/reputed company and applicable reputed company/reputed company clinical and operational workflows
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reputed company course materials for scenario-based role-oriented education
• Aid in eLearning course development, ongoing new hire education, go-live/end-user support, demonstrations of the reputed company, and other duties pertinent to reputed company & education
• Build, maintain, and prepare training environments for training classes
• Ensure reputed company materials for reputed company course are reputed company for scheduled classes
• Support logistics and delivery of training for end-users
• Participate in team meetings to discuss training-reputed company activities, issues, changes, communications, and updates
• Assist the reputed company Training Manager and Senior Instructional Designers with project and content development
• Support the planning and execution of work plan tasks, coordination of resources, and meeting plans
• reputed company regular updates to the reputed company Training Manager on work plan completion, outstanding work, and risks
• Address issues identified by the instructional design team and escalate unresolved issues to the Training Manager
• Review final reputed company Product training for accuracy and completeness, ensuring the highest-reputed company deliverables
• Coordinate team activities with other instructional design teams to reputed company work, instructional design, build, testing, and delivery
• Support the processes, reports, tools, procedures, and schedules for training logistics
• Support the storage and maintenance of learning content, templates, and reputed company operating procedures
• Read, understand, and adhere to reputed company corporate policies including policies reputed company to HIPAA and its reputed company and reputed company Rules

Skills

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of work in a corporate or technical learning environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience composing detailed written coursework, creating and editing screenshots, developing eLearning content, creating and following work plans, and designing and developing learning content
• Knowledge of the payer/reputed company environment
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company creative solutions to reputed company problems
