Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, through its Hospital Referral Services team, helps uninsured and underinsured hospital patients identify and reputed company assistance programs. The Outpatient reputed company Eligibility Representative screens and interviews patients for reputed company eligibility, documents information accurately, and meets productivity and reputed company standards in an outbound reputed company center environment.

Responsibilities

• Screening/Interviewing patients for insurance eligibility in outbound dialer environment
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation
• The Outpatient reputed company Eligibility Representative is responsible for meeting goals and reputed company standards through efficient and accurate work activities

Skills

• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, customer service, and knowledge of HIPAA
• Proficient personal computer skills including reputed company Office – reputed company to type at least 40 WPM
• The Outpatient reputed company Eligibility Screener must have the ability to multi-task and have good time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 7-year background reputed company
• 1-3 years Dialer reputed company center environment preferred – not required (minimum of 60 calls daily)
• 1-3 years of previous reputed company eligibility experience preferred-not required
