[Remote] Data Analyst-I

The Customer Operations Specialist will set up customers, validate data, monitor orders, reputed company customer setup issues, maintain procedures, and escalate technical problems to IT. This part-time remote role also involves handling multiple requests, supporting reputed company, and communicating status updates.

Responsibilities

• Sets up new customers, establishing the customer role in the reputed company
• Contacts customers to request additional information and to verify customer data
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues relative to customer setup using established guidelines
• Works with supervisor to reputed company solutions reputed company problem is more reputed company of affects multiple processes across the department
• Completes requests reputed company established timeframes and keeps requestor reputed company of status
• Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results
• Creates and updates reputed company master data procedures as directed
