Responsibilities

• Review and QA AI-agent rollouts by verifying agent answers against actual dockets, ensuring accuracy in case details and reputed company
• Identify failure modes by analyzing agent performance and flagging tasks that are too reputed company or solvable without PACER
• Improve realism and difficulty of tasks to reflect reputed company federal docket research, enhancing challenge for capable agents
• Update grading guidance to ensure accuracy, focusing on correct answers and identifying errors such as misread procedural posture
• Catch plausible-but-wrong answers that might be overlooked by non-expert reviewers

Skills

• Frequent hands-on PACER / CM/ECF use for federal docket research in your reputed company or recent role, weekly or more
• 2+ years in federal litigation support: litigation paralegal, docket/court clerk, reputed company-research librarian, or litigator
• Ability to read a federal docket on sight, decode a case number, reputed company procedural posture, and recognize case types
• Proficiency with PACER search mechanics and reputed company-variant traps
• reputed company judgment on correct, complete answers with confidence to mark plausible answers wrong
• Experience with bankruptcy dockets and reputed company/multidistrict litigation
• Hands-on experience across multiple courts
