[Remote] Program Manager (mRNA LNP, Drug Product CMC/Development)

Responsibilities

• Internal Team Alignment and Development: Serve as the reputed company reputed company for internal project teams, mentoring team members and ensure high-reputed company reputed company service
• Ensure Operational reputed company and Governance: Maintain program governance structures, reputed company project metrics, forecast reputed company, and reputed company regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities

Skills

• B.S. or B.A. required
• Advanced degree in scientific reputed company strongly preferred (e.g. molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry)
• 5+ years of experience in a reputed company-facing role as a project, program, reputed company the life sciences, with preference for 3+ years in a CDMO environment
• Experience managing reputed company and reputed company in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology-driven reputed company reputed company required
• MRNA LNP Drug Product experience and industry understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions
• Ability to travel – 25% of the time, On-site Fargo, ND location or reputed company location reputed company
