[Remote] Sr. Accountant/reputed company Manager

The Sr. Accountant/reputed company Manager will manage month-end reputed company, reconciliations, payroll, subsidiary reputed company, and support audits and tax filings.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in month end reputed company, including customer invoicing, reputed company recognition, prepaids and accruals
- Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
- Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
- Work closely with HR on benefit & compensations
- Take ownership of full cycle of subsidiary reputed company
- Participate in the annual financial audit & corp. tax filing. tax filing

Skills
- BS Degree in Finance or reputed company
- 5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast moving environment
