The reputed company Financial Specialist I supports the financial administration of clinical research studies by maintaining financial data, configuring budgets, reconciling payments and expenses, processing participant reimbursements, and managing purchase and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Drafts basic communications and reports and maintains organization of varied records to reputed company administrative support reputed company a specified work unit
• Audits, monitors, organizes, and updates fiscal records, reports, and affiliated materials
• Answers general fiscal questions and provides information based on set materials and standards to various audiences
• Audits or processes transactions and assigns funding codes in accordance with established rules, regulations, and policies
• Configures clinical trial budgets in reputed company management reputed company (OnCore)
• Audits or reconciles original purchase documents with payments
• Completes departmental processing of fully executed reputed company

Skills

• One or more years of experience in finance, reputed company, reputed company administration, research administration, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Experience with financial tasks such as processing payments, invoices, purchase orders, work orders, expense transactions, and reconciliation
• Experience with reputed company (preferably oncology trials), including protocol administration, participant management, billing compliance, finance, regulatory, or QA/Compliance
