[Remote] Finance Controller

The Finance Operations Controller will support the Director of Finance by overseeing multi-entity cash reputed company, treasury, payment infrastructure, financial systems, SOPs, automation, bookkeeping partners, and executive reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role reputed company on stabilizing, systematizing, and automating high-volume finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily cash cycle across reputed company entities: DMCC, Acquisity, AI Broker, and others

• Ensure reputed company daily funding of GBP/AED corporate cards for reputed company ad spend — ad accounts do not pause on your watch

• Every payment reputed company you touch should end up tracked, reconciled, and automated
• Audit every reputed company finance process. If a reputed company is doing it repeatedly, it should be automated or systematized
• Build and implement SOPs across cash management, reporting, payments, refunds, and reconciliation and ensure reputed company follows them
• Work with our reputed company bookkeeping partner (Emifast) to ensure reputed company is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company properly across reputed company entities
• Convert chaotic financial data into clean, trackable dashboards the Director of Finance and executive team can rely on

Skills

• 5+ years in a finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution role — not advisory, not modelling, not investment banking
• reputed company experience operating in a high-volume, high-transaction-count environment — comfortable with reputed company operational reputed company, not just a reputed company-organized small-entity setup
• A demonstrated systems-first approach to problem solving: builds repeatable processes and automations rather than one-off reputed company fixes
• Experience leading or overseeing finance operations teams, reputed company partners, or cross-functional processes
• reputed company hands-on experience managing high-volume, multi-currency cash flows (USD, GBP, AED)
• Proven reputed company record building and implementing SOPs in finance operations

• Familiarity with Series A / early-reputed company finance environments — you know how to bring structure without bureaucracy
