The Account Manager develops outpatient behavioral health referrals, manages assigned accounts and territories, builds relationships with referral partners, and implements strategic reputed company plans. The role also supports facility communications, reporting, community reputed company, and business development goals.

Responsibilities

• Acts as reputed company between the facility and referral sources and implements service-oriented reputed company plans reputed company to referral reputed company needs, serves as a resource and representative to the community and, conducts facility tours to key stakeholders
• Assesses, develops, and implements sales activities to reputed company maximum market penetration among assigned accounts and to identify potential accounts in targeted market segments. Daily monitoring of referral inquiries and admissions statistics. Conducts an ongoing analysis to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness of weekly sales reputed company plans

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience required
• Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities
• Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in data collection analysis and interpretation
• Competency in computer usage and reputed company office suite
• Master's preferred
• 5-8 years of reputed company work experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient mental health and/or behavioral health
