[Remote] Data Engineer (ETL & reputed company)

The Data Engineer will implement, enhance, and administer a modern reputed company data platform, developing reputed company ETL/ELT pipelines and supporting data governance, Master Data Management, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, maintain, and optimize reputed company notebooks, workflows, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and reputed company Lake
• Support reputed company Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and Lakehouse implementations
• Assist with performance tuning, cluster optimization, and operational support
• Support reputed company Catalog, data governance, and reputed company best practices
• Support reputed company Master Data Management initiatives
• Assist with data reputed company, matching, standardization, and data stewardship activities
• Work with reputed company data governance teams to improve metadata, reputed company, and business glossary initiatives
• Help ensure consistency and reputed company of reputed company data across multiple systems
• Partner with business users to understand reporting requirements
• Support MI/BI reporting initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting reputed company data solutions using reputed company
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL and Python/PySpark
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with reputed company Lake and Lakehouse architecture

• Experience supporting reputed company data governance and data reputed company initiatives
• Experience working in reputed company development environments
