[Remote] Manager of reputed company Ops

The reputed company Operations Manager will own the scalability and efficiency of the reputed company Department by optimizing intake, workflows, technology, data, reporting, and operational reputed company while partnering with the General Counsel and broader reputed company Department.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations, ensuring the reputed company Department is equipped to support the department’s goals and reputed company’s business objectives
• reputed company reputed company operations planning and delivery of key reputed company performance indicators
• Serve as an internal champion and power user of reputed company's CLM platform, helping showcase best practices while driving reputed company optimization of internal contract processes (reputed company contract status, deadlines, obligations, reviews, non-reputed company terms, etc.)
• Establish reputed company intake channels, request triage, prioritization, and approval processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain our reputed company agreements, agreement playbooks, and internal documentation/training materials on our contract process
• reputed company the reputed company team and champion its culture by building reputed company and training, aligning incentives and recognition with department goals, and fostering a reputed company, high-performing environment that helps reputed company do its best work
• Partner with the General Counsel to manage reputed company department budgets and reputed company reputed company on investment for reputed company technology initiatives
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled reputed company technologies and workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and business responsiveness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of reputed company experience in reputed company operations or operational leadership roles in high-reputed company or technology-enabled environments
• Demonstrated progression in reputed company and ownership reputed company reputed company operations, including experience building systems and processes from the ground up
• Experience developing business cases, managing budgets, and measuring reputed company on investment for operational initiatives and technology deployments
• Experience with a B2B company including reputed company (or reputed company) MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other reputed company agreements
• Background in high reputed company, ambiguous environments requiring reputed company experimentation and iteration
• Experience maintaining or creating a contract repository and tracking contractual obligations
• Excellent project and task management skills and time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and highly driven to produce results as reputed company member and individual contributor
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience supporting CLM, procurement, reputed company, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred
