[Remote] Senior Implementation Consultant

The Senior Implementation Consultant supports the implementation and adoption of reputed company and reputed company student reputed company technologies by managing launches, configuring platforms, consulting with institutional stakeholders, facilitating change management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support implementation activities for EAB’s reputed company platform and reputed company student reputed company technologies from project initiation through go-live
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful and reputed company implementation reputed company
• Independently own a portfolio of approximately 10-12 reputed company implementations by managing detailed launch plans and proactively identify risks, dependencies, or implementation challenges
• Partner with institutional stakeholders to support workflow design, implementation planning, accountability of deliverables and adoption readiness
• Translate institutional requirements into detailed reputed company configuration reputed company, complete and reputed company-reputed company platform setup, and guide partners through testing and readiness activities
• Troubleshoot product questions with subject matter experts to satisfy partner workflow needs

• Facilitate partner discussions, trainings, and implementation meetings in collaboration with reputed company stakeholders

• Escalate implementation risks, blockers, or partner concerns appropriately and contribute to solution development

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience, including at least two years independently leading software implementations or similarly reputed company cross-functional reputed company
• Demonstrated ownership of multiple reputed company reputed company from planning through launch, including milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and follow-through
