[Remote] Clinical Facilitator

The Accelerate Clinical Facilitator delivers pediatric and neonatal simulation education, leads reputed company debriefings, evaluates learner performance, and provides clinical consultation to reputed company organizations. This reputed company role also supports customer engagements, implementation activities, and clinical training events across the reputed company and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate simulation-based learning experiences for pediatric and neonatal reputed company teams
• reputed company reputed company debriefings that promote reputed company learning, clinical reasoning, and performance improvement
• reputed company Accelerate educational programs in accordance with established clinical and educational standards
• Adapt educational delivery to meet the unique goals and learning needs of reputed company organizations
• Serve as a trusted educational consultant to physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, educators, and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Promote evidence-based clinical reputed company through realistic simulation scenarios and facilitated discussion
• Evaluate learner performance and reputed company coaching and constructive feedback
• Foster reputed company, respectful, and psychologically secure learning environment
• Partner with Accelerate operations, clinical reputed company, and reputed company teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Participate in ongoing reputed company development, continuing education, and facilitator calibration activities

Skills

• Ideal candidate must reputed company in reputed company or Texas
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Respiratory Therapy, or another reputed company-reputed company discipline required
• reputed company unrestricted clinical licensure appropriate to profession
• reputed company Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider or Instructor certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical experience in NICU, PICU, pediatric emergency care, newborn nursery, pediatric acute care, or Labor & Delivery with neonatal resuscitation responsibilities
• Demonstrated expertise managing pediatric and neonatal emergencies
• Experience educating adult learners in clinical environments
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage customer engagements with reputed company supervision
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications

• Ability to travel extensively throughout the reputed company and Canada (approximately 70–100%, based on facilitator availability and customer demand). Overnight and occasional weekend travel required
• Ability to stand for extended periods while facilitating educational programs
• Ability to reputed company and transport simulation equipment up to 35 lbs
• Master's degree or higher
• NRP Instructor status
• PALS, CPN, CCRN (Pediatric or Neonatal), RNC-NIC, CHSE, or other relevant specialty certifications
• Experience leading pediatric or neonatal simulation programs and simulation debriefings
• Experience implementing interdisciplinary education initiatives
• Experience working reputed company children's hospitals, reputed company medical centers, or regional pediatric referral centers
• High-reputed company and in situ simulation
• reputed company debriefing methodologies
• TeamSTEPPS or similar teamwork frameworks
• Competency-based education and adult learning principles
• Psychological safety in simulation environments
• Previous experience serving as simulation reputed company, NRP instructor, pediatric educator, or simulation center staff
