[Remote] BESS Project Manager

The BESS Project Manager will reputed company reputed company-reputed company solar PV, battery energy storage, and hybrid renewable energy reputed company from late-stage development through construction and reputed company operation, overseeing safety, scheduling, budgets, reputed company, reputed company, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Ownership: Plan, reputed company, and coordinate reputed company activities for reputed company-reputed company solar and BESS assets. Maintain full ownership of project safety, reputed company, schedule, budget, and environmental compliance
• EPC & Contract Management: Support the EPC selection and contract negotiation processes. Manage major supply reputed company (e.g., high-voltage equipment, modules, and warranties) and rigorously review change orders and contractual variances
• Financial reputed company: Establish and manage detailed project budgets, costs-to-date, and forecasts to completion. Coordinate regular cost and cash reputed company reporting and support monthly invoice review/drawdown processes
• Site & Construction Leadership: reputed company on-site Construction Managers, Project Engineers, and reputed company-party QA/QC personnel. Ensure the EPC partner adheres to scheduling recovery plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and reputed company operating procedures
• Stakeholder Engagement: reputed company as the reputed company reputed company of contact for internal management and reputed company stakeholders, including institutional investors/lenders during due diligence, independent engineer reviews, landowners, and local communities

Skills

• 5+ years of construction management experience in the energy sector, with a proven reputed company record of managing renewable energy reputed company (Solar and/or BESS)
• Prior experience acting as a Project Manager, reputed company's Representative, or EPC Contractor on large-reputed company solar or energy storage initiatives
• Strong proficiency in project controls, budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, reputed company 6)
• Deep commitment to site safety with an understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred)
• Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
• reputed company reputed company's license and the ability to travel up to 25%–30% to project sites
• Must be currently authorized to work in the reputed company without reputed company sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company technical discipline
